Read on and apply today for a life-changing career!The PositionAs Sustainability Program Manager, your tasks will not only be to support PSQIT Sustainability but also more broadly across Novo Nordisk, and you will create and maintain an efficient Portfolio Management System across all C4Z tracks where PSQIT is involved.Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead C4Z track 4: Eliminate waste of energy, water, and materials as part of the overall strategy from our Corporate Environmental Strategy.
  • Ensure alignment on short-, medium-, and long-term goal setting related to energy, water, and materials within PSQIT.
  • Ensure annual forecast and impact assessment of current initiatives from PSQIT roadmaps.
  • Identify new focus areas and projects/initiatives to ensure target realization.
  • Lead and participate in environmental projects related to e.g., process standardization, water and energy savings, Water-Nature related initiatives, waste reductions, recycling/reuse etc.
  • Share and support coordination of best practices across PSQIT.

  • An MSc degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with cross-functional reach and high complexity, including significant exposure to collaboration with external parties and management.
  • Preferably, significant insights into the supply chain and an understanding and broad NN production and process knowledge.
  • Proven track record of working with sustainability and Insights into the circular economy and an understanding of sustainability requirements and opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to share recommendations with senior management.
  • proficiency in MS Office products, as well as a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy building long-lasting relations across the network. Moreover, you can facilitate value-adding discussions by having a good overview and strategic flair. We are anchored in Strategy & Sustainability located in Bagsværd at our HQ offices, a part of Product Supply Quality and IT (PSQIT) which is a modern technology organization that practically drives the purpose of Novo Nordisk and delivers the highest quality to patients efficiently and sustainably.In PSQIT Sustainability we focus on environmental sustainability and translate our corporate strategy into concrete actions.
