• Perform current end-to-end TA processes across various teams/ business units, identify gaps and challenges, and develop solutions for alignment and improvement.
• Manage and optimise TA channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, while continually assessing their effectiveness and return on investment.
• Develop and manage TA metrics and reporting measuring the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles; Senior management, Engineering positions’ coverage will be advantage.
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and process improvement in talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of various TA channels and recruitment best practices.
