The company, a progressive organsiation committed to financing sustainable local communities and driving the green shift, is currently seeking a Tech Lead to join their dynamic team.The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the development team, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge, in-house .NET applications. Responsibilities include making architectural and design decisions, supporting and guiding team members, and collaborating closely with business managers to address their requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating development efforts
• Making key architectural and design decisions
• Supporting and guiding team members in technology matters
• Collaborating with business managers to identify requirements
• Ensuring the team reaches its goals by managing backlog, deliveries, and priorities
• Promoting agile development methodologies

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background
• 5+ years’ experience as a developer, preferably with diverse project exposure
• Proficiency in Modern .NET, ASP .NET Core, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript
• Strong backend development skills with an understanding of frontend development
• Familiarity with infrastructure and information architecture
• Experience in the banking and financial sector is a plus
