The ANDRITZ Clean Air Technologies Division has expertise in the removal of all pollutants from flue gases and experience with turnkey and EPC projects worldwide, high competence in best-cost manufacturing, active cooperation with universities and research institutes, and close contacts with potential customers.Your tasksAs Vice President of the – Air Quality Control Systems – AQCS-Product Group, you will play a central role in both sales and execution of air quality control projects and ensure the further development of the business in order to achieve the ambitious targets.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities around the world, build strategic partnerships and collaborations to increase the market success of our air quality control solutions.
  • Drive the order intake process by identifying and securing new international projects for AQCS.
  • Develop new customer relationships and strengthen current customer relationships that enable identification with customer’s needs.
  • Build a global sales network following the growth strategy for the global product group AQCS.
  • Setting and achieving financial targets aligned with the strategic objectives of the Clean Air Technology Division.
  • Oversee and drive the execution of AQCS projects in an international environment. This may include, but is not limited to, coordinating basic design activities at headquarters, detail design in India, and procurement in China or other locations.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Taking over full profit and loss for the global product group.

your profile

  • A master’s degree or higher in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leading technology or plant construction business, with a focus on industrial systems, environmental technologies or ideally air quality control systems.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes and emission abatement technologies, and the global environmental landscape
  • Deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of selling and executing also global projects.
  • Leadership and team building abilities with experience in leading multidisciplinary, international teams.
  • Customer focused open personality with ownership for performance and shared commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, knowledge of German desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis to collaborate with teams, partners and customers.
